ABOUT MICHAEL REID COACHING
Michael Reid Coaching has been helping business owners (& managers & teams) create their ideal lifestyle that is more authentic to them over past 3 years. 9 years ago Michael experienced a severe burnout which lead to complete identity & lifestyle transformation. Since then Michael has build 3 successful business's that have been all different models. A Carpet Cleaning business which he sold in 2021 & is now rebranded as Pristine Carpet Kleaning. A Commercial Contract Cleaning business which services 24 sites with a team of 12 staff (which has been up to 19 staff). And Michael Reid Coaching which is helping business owners create results & transformations in their life. Michael has done this while raising 4 kids all currently in primary school with his wife Jess. For the past few years Michael has been able to reclaim a lot of his time to spend more on his health & family. Allowing him to do the majority of running around with the kids with school drop offs, sports, parties & events.
After many years of struggle and misery after burnout Michael dug deep into re-creating his life according to what he truely wanted & has invested deeply into his personal & professional growth in order to make that a reality. This has included a big mental health journey & overcoming many mental, physical & emotional challenges. His passion is now to help others do the same & create a life that they desire & overcome the big obstacles that stand in the way. Michael values authenticity, empowerment, self- awareness & personal responsibility.

He is a Lifestyle Coach at Michael Reid Coaching, Workshop Facilitator, Owner & Manager of Reid Commercial Cleaning, Co-Host of Conscious Entrepreneurs Network, Certified Purpose Life Coach, Junior Football Coordinator at the Tatura Football Netball Club, former owner of Reid Carpet Cleaning, & podcast host.
The long version:
Michael is passionate about helping individuals, teams, managers & business owners overcome overwhelm & burnout & increase their energy, lifestyle freedom & meaningful connection with family.
Michael lives in Tatura, Victoria, Australia with his wife Jess for over 14 years & his 4 children- Max, Manny, Milo & Romeo. Plus his 2 Golden retriever's Goldie & Winnie & 2 alpacas Poppy & Daisy.
He loves the outdoors, running, AFL- Geelong Cats & Tatura Bulldogs, personal growth & relaxing. His favorite day of the week is a Monday or Friday when he spends the day with Jess exploring, dining or winding down.
He is a LIfestyle Coach at Michael Reid Coaching, owns a contract cleaning business called Reid Commercial Cleaning, co-hosts the Conscious Entrepreneurs Network, hosts a Podcast called Welcome To Consciousness, he is the Junior Football Coordinator of Tatura FNC, He spends a lot of time with his kids & wife & do the things he loves in between.
After approximately 10 years as a Christian Pastor he experienced a major burn-out, break down & personal crisis experiencing many years of depression, anxiety & PTSD. Through this time he left Christianity in his pursuit of optimal physical, mental & spiritual health, love & purpose.
Over the past 4 years he’s poured his focus, time & energy into personal growth & development which has transformed the way he thinks, feels & experiences life. This has transformed his health, relationships, finances, confidence, beliefs & identity. Through this time He also built a carpet cleaning business which he sold in 2022. This has enabled him to follow his passion into life coaching to help others overcome big obstacles such as burnout & mental illness & experience more energy, freedom & connection.
He enjoys supporting people through everything he does & providing tools & resources to help people improve their work, health & relationships.
